Beef is halal but not the chicken As I told
They do. A bag of five or four is for $3 or $2.5 for frozen pita
I've been wanting to go to this place forever, and finally my wife and I did. I love that they had some grocery ingredients that I wouldn't know how to get otherwise. We bought some hummus and pita bread and both were good, especially the hummus. So rich and frothy
There food is so good! Honestly I've eaten here so many times! It's great for eating in or taking home. You can also buy ingredients to make your own at home that they make fresh. 10/10
It is Thursday as I write this and I back after my first visit on Tuesday this week. The salads are delicious and fresh, the hummus and pitas are soft and tasty, and don’t even get me started on the falafel! One word AMAZING!!
I love this bakery. Delicious, authentic food with A+ customer service.
Been here a dozen times and it’s never disappointed! The hummus is amazing, authentic flavors and the rice is always perfect. The servings are generous and the prices are great
Family oriented. Always greet you with a smile and ready to help you to the car with your order. Most importantly the food is delicious and the bread is amazing.
Everything is phenomenal. The spicy chicken shawarma sandwich is my favorite though. They’re all so nice and good people also.
Went here for the first time eventhough I live a block a way and always walk by it on my way to work. Got the beef and chicken shwarma combo with fatoush, hummus, and pita bread and it was absolutely delicious. I will be going back. Very reasonable prices also.
Jerusalem Bakery has some of the best carry out food in Lansing!
authentic Arabic food absolutely delicious!
The pita bread i bought molded in a couple of days. My friends at ozzys kabob go to detroit every week for fresh ingredients. Maybe the bakerys offerings are ok but im not chancing it
Great food, great service...their hummus is so creamy and delicious...sandwiches are nice and big....
Very warm friendly folks. I bought food there for lunch. It was good.
The place is a little grocery store and restuarant... the falafel is tasty and the hummus... the chicken swarma was ok, the rest if the stuff we got didn't taste good at all. On the phone the lady didnt seem to understand English. As it said shwarma in 3 different places on the menu, I tried to ask what was the difference between them all and she didnt understand anything I was asking. I asked the same question inba few diffeent ways. The prices on Google, their paper menu aren't the same as what they charge... The halal rice krispies treats i bought were stale, like almost rock hard, as I haven't had it before I was told they're supposed to be soft and break easily. I rather travel to canton, ann arbor or Detroit before I come here ever again.
Jerusalem is a great local eatery and market. The owners are very friendly, and delicious, authentic, and filling meals cost only $6-8. The bakery side is equally tasty. I highly recommend the fattoush.
Despite being a hole in the wall, this place never fails to provide authentic middle Eastern quisine. When I go here I always grab a box of falafel mix, and a fresh falafel made by the owners. They are top notch.
One of my favorite places in Lansing ❤️
Hands down, the best hummus and fresh pita. Staff was extremely friendly and warm. 10/10 going again. If you are looking for a small family run place this is truly it! Make sure to check out the menu as well, you wont be disappointed. Not at all.
The best Mediterranean food in town!
Great place to get those ingredients you can't find at Meijer
Best Middle Eastern food in Lansing, without a doubt.Hashwi is just a good if not better (shh don't tell) than what my grandma makes.
Best hummus in town. Great sandwiches.
This is the best Arabic food in all of Lansing. My mom has been coming here since they opened 15 years ago. The owners are such nice people and their food is incredible! The samosas, za'atar, cheese pita, hummus, and the grape leaves are some of my favorites. Everything in the store is amazing! This is the only place you should be going got authentic Arabic food!!
Great hummus and pita! Great service too!
Delicious, affordable, and one of Lansing's best kept secrets! The shawarma is the best I've ever had.
Great family owned Mediterranean food. Their falafel is amazing and so are their salads and soup. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!
Great place and family oriented
Excellent food.Great value.Very friendly family run little restaurant.Definitely going back more.
The chicken shawarma combo is outstanding!
Amazing food everytime. A staple for quality ingredients and prepared foods with excellent service and a wide selection. Smead and spicy labna here are on point and refreshing.
Excellent homemade products.
Absolutely an AMAZING family owned/ operated market & deli cafe. No better ethnic fare anywhere!!! And I'm not Jewish. Hungarian is my heritage.
Best spicy hummus in Lansing, hummus and tabouleh pitas also excellent. Toledo quality Mediterranean fast food.
The best pitas and Middle Eastern baked goods in town. The store has an interesting selection.
Love Jerusalem bakery! My favorites? The various samosas and the baklava! The place has great friendly service and there are always business and university people either eating there or getting delicious items to go. My husband loves the hummus, the tabouli and their pita bread is the best we've ever had!
The owners are great. The food is always fresh.
Delicious food! Best hummus I've had since actually being in Jerusalem. The family working there is very nice and I have never experienced a long wait. It's one of my favorite places in Lansing!
Good fresh food go there every time im in the airea.
Ordered the chicken samosas and chicken kabab combo and they were both DELICIOUS!!!!
Best hummus in the city, pita bread made on location, baklava, imported ingredients to buy. This place is an amazing local small business. Not the best location, but the food is great.
Love the food. Nice people, groceries. Very affordable. Been going here for years
I go here 1-2x per week. I never tire of it. One of Lansing’s best spots. It used to be a skateboard shop then it was a tobacco shop and now it’s this gem. Of note too they do a good job shoveling their sidewalk in winter.
Pretty nice place with lots of new interesting products I'd love to be experimenting with. The food is good. The owners seem to be decent folks.
Very good food!! The owner is a very nice man, family owned business. The fresh food is made to order, very fresh and delicious.
There house salad is mmnmm
Fantastic hummus and homemade pita!
Best place to get your samosa fix! The owners are so great! If you haven’t been here you’re missing out!
I never would have thought to eat at Jerusalem Bakery, but it has really good food. I had the baked kibble. It was delish. The samosas (I had a chicken and a beef) had the perfect level of spiciness. Wonderful! I highly recommend it.
Such amazing food!
Excellent offerings. Freshly made.
